Athletic Parents/Guardians, Coaches and Student-Athletes Meeting

Dear Parents/Guardians, Coaches, and Student-Athletes,
As we prepare for another exciting year of Timberwolf Athletics, we invite all student-athletes and their parent(s)/guardian(s) to attend one of our Mandatory Athletic Information Meetings for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year if your child is planning on participating in Town of Webb Modified to Varsity School Athletics.
Meeting Dates:
- Tuesday, August 18, 2026 – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, August 19, 2026 – 6:00 PM
Town of Webb UFSD Library
Please attend only one of the two scheduled meetings. Both sessions will cover the same information.
During the meeting, we will review important athletic department expectations and procedures, including:
- Athletic Department policies and expectations
- Sportsmanship and the Student-Athlete Code of Conduct
- Registration and required athletic paperwork
- Health and safety procedures
- Communication expectations for athletes, parents, and coaches
- Transportation guidelines
- Important dates and seasonal information
- Questions and answers with the Athletic Director
